Nousvara is a trading name of Gulshan Yadav, a sole proprietor based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. You can reach us at contact@nousvara.com.
Trial
Fourteen days, all features
The trial starts automatically on first launch and lasts 14 days. No payment card or trial key is required. The trial is tied to the local installation and is not designed to be reset or repeatedly restarted.
Lifetime purchase
One license, one activated device
A lifetime license gives the purchaser a non-exclusive right to use the purchased Swaro version indefinitely on the device code for which the key is issued. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Updates released for version 1 are included. A future major version may be offered separately.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, which is named at checkout. The provider's own terms cover the payment itself; these terms cover the license and how you use Swaro.
The license key is signed and verified locally. It may include the purchaser identifier, device code, license ID and enabled features. Do not share, resell or publish a license key, bypass licensing controls, or distribute paid Swaro installers as your own.
Changing devices
Contact us when your device code changes
A hardware replacement, operating-system reinstallation or similar change can produce a new device code. Email contact@nousvara.com with the purchase email, old license details and new device code. Legitimate replacement requests are handled manually. Because Swaro has no remote license server, an old key cannot be remotely revoked.
Refunds
Fourteen-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. The guarantee covers one refund per customer, and we may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of misuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund activity. See the refund policy.
Responsibility
Use the software lawfully
You are responsible for using Swaro lawfully and for reviewing dictated or generated audio before relying on it. Speech recognition and text to speech can make mistakes. Keep backups of important text and files.
Swaro is provided without a promise that it will fit every device, workflow or purpose. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
