Private by design, explained plainly
Swaro processes speech and text on your device. This page explains what stays local, what leaves your device, and what we need when you contact or buy from us.
Swaro
What stays on your device
- Your recordings, transcriptions, text to speech input, settings and recent history are processed and stored locally.
- Swaro does not send speech or text to a cloud inference service.
- Swaro has no product telemetry or advertising tracker.
- License checks happen locally. There is no license server.
Network use
When Swaro connects to the internet
Internet access is needed when you choose to download speech models or set up the text to speech runtime. Those files may be downloaded from trusted model hosting services. After setup, speech and text processing runs locally.
Purchase and support
Information you choose to send
If you buy Swaro or ask for support, we receive the information needed to respond and issue the license: normally your email address, purchase details and Swaro device code. The device code is used to bind a license; we do not need to store your raw operating-system machine identifier.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, which is named at checkout. If you enter your Swaro device code before checkout, it is passed to the provider with your order so we can issue your key. Nousvara does not receive or store your full card number. The provider's own privacy policy also applies to the payment.
Website
What this site does
This is a static website. Nousvara does not run advertising trackers or analytics on it. The hosting provider may process normal request information such as IP address, browser details and access time to operate and secure its service.

You can ask what customer information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Some purchase records may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
